Yoga Nidra is a yogic practice, also called yogic sleep, is a form of a guided meditation that lulls you in a state of deep relaxation between walking and sleeping.

This practice will improve your sleep and reduce insomnia. We all know lack of sleep contribute to a whole list of other stresses.
