We welcome you to join us for this beautiful and supportive combination as we move our bodies and soothe our hearts together.
To start, Vaza will lead you through a gentle yoga flow designed to help you move out of your mind and into your body. By combining movement with breath, we will drop into the sweetness of embodied presence together and allow our nervous systems to relax.
Then, Meredith will lead you through an EFT or tapping session. EFT is a therapeutic technique that will help you make peace with the emotional roller coaster ride so many of us are feeling right now. As you gently and authentically cultivate compassion, empathy, and love towards yourself, you may feel alleviation from stress, anxiety, or fear – and start to steep more deeply in trust and peace.
Walk away from this session with a new self-soothing tool to use on your own in support of a gentler and more empowered quarantine experience and life.
