Being pregnant is a beautiful thing and while your body adjusts to its new challenges, prenatal yoga can help you feel more comfortable, active, fit and relaxed during your pregnancy.

 

I worked out right till the end of my pregnancy. To work out every day kept me healthy, sane and strong for giving birth to my healthy daughter.
