Nutrition for postpartum recovery

Everything starts in the #gut. Nutrition became such a big part of my postpartum recovery. Some days I was so sleep deprived I hardly ate anything, because I was literally to tired to chew 🤦🏼‍♀️. Luckily my incredible mom and mother in law were there to support me. They made healthy juices, #smoothies and easy food to eat in btw. my new mama schedule. They prepped food for us to put into the freezer that lasted a good amount of weeks. If you don't have support of your #family organize your friends to cook for you. It's not easy to ask for help, but when you do it it's so worth it and you can return the favor once they become new parents. This recipe here is easy to make: blend 1 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 saché vanilla powder (juice plus or of your choice), chia seeds (one of my fav. superfoods), toppings coconut flakes and fresh grapes.
