Vegetable frittata

Vegetarian Frittata. 1/2 onion, 1 small garlic, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 zucchini, 1 cup of dried tomatoes, 1 corn, 6 eggs, 2 tbsp almond milk, topped with fresh parsley.  Cook onions & garlic in 1 tsp olive oil, then toss the veggies and cook for 4 min, stir milk into the eggs till its creamy and pour it over the vegetables.  Heat oven to 375 and put the whole dish for 15 minutes in.
